When ordering boots?
As all our shoes and boots are manufactured in the U.S.A., you should order your normal U.K. size in shoes but ADD 1 SIZE for all boots and closed toe shoes.
It can sometimes take up to 28 days for delivery and a little longer for the larger sizes but we will endeavour to get them to you A.S.A.P. Any queries on sizing or delivery please call or e-mail.

How long does delivery
take?
Most items take 5- 7 days, however if an item is out of immediate stock and
has to be ordered from the manufacturers in the U.S.A, then it can take up to
28 days.
Do you deliver anywhere
in the world?
Sorry, at the moment we only deliver to addresses in the U.K. However, if you
would like to cover the whole cost of delivery please contact us or send us
an e-mail .
Is what is on the website,
everything you sell?
No, because of the huge amount of available stock from the U.S.A., we can only
show a limited amount, otherwise you would be online forever. If there are specific
types of items you would like, then please contact us and we can send you details
of suitable items. You can also see more great stuff we supply through our links.
Sizing.
Although there is the “Cuddly Sizes” section
you can find larger sizes throughout the website. The following size chart will
allow you to get accurate sizes to suit you.
