When ordering boots?
You will usually get a better fit if you order a size larger than you would normally get in shoes, especially in boots with a pointed toe. As our boots and shoes are made to order in the U.S.A., it sometimes can take up to 28 days for delivery, and a little longer for the large sizes, but we will endeavour to deliver them to you as soon as possible.
