Order Processing and
Delivery
Here at GSPOTDIRECT we aim to despatch all orders within
72 hours.
However because all stock is from the USA items can take
a little longer. You should allow 21 days from order
date for delivery before sending a query. If your item
is not available within 28 days, we will offer you the
opportunity to cancel your order with a full refund or
wait the short period of time until we can fulfil your
order. We will keep you notified of any such activity.
All goods are despatched by recorded delivery via the
Royal Mail as standard, we accept no responsibility or
liability for goods once they have been despatched by
us.
Returns
We offer a full money back guarantee. To qualify you must return your goods
within 7 days of receipt of the goods, complete with all original packaging
and labels intact. The goods must also be undamaged and unsoiled. As long as
these conditions are met, we will happily offer a full refund less any postage
charges for the returned item. We also recommend, for your own security, that
you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. For faulty items GSPOTDIRECT
will refund the postage. For non-faulty/unwanted items return postage will be
the responsibility of the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, and Delta. All credit/debit
card details given to this site are encrypted and are processed by Paypal.

All prices quoted on our web site are in pounds
sterling.
Postage &
Packing
Free within the UK on orders over £50.00.
Recorded Delivery Cost at time of Sending. (by request)
In the event that goods despatched by Recorded Delivery
are not traced, we GSPOTDIRECT will replace such goods
at no extra cost to you.

Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint, please email us,

sales@gspotdirect.co.uk your complaint will be
acknowledged within 2 working days and we will attempt
to resolve it within 10 working days. In any case all
issues will be resolved within a month of the complaint.
The customer will be informed at every stage of the
complaints process.
